Is your bug similar to this one?
What were you doing before saving and reloading?
Sounds similar to someone else that I’m sure I saw, who reported a similar bug. A bug where they’d sold outfits/clothes that some of their villagers were wearing, which ultimately led to their shedding clothes.
Did you do something similar? I.E. Sell clothes to a passing merchant? (I’ve personally found that even if your villagers are wearing clothing bought from merchants, the clothes still appear as salable in the merchants menu/catalogue)
