Has this game just been officially stopped development by the devs? Or is there just a massive update they are planning. If you know anything please drop some info on this topic.

developers have stopped all support but the game is not dead thanks to modders that have made improvements to gamecontent and playability

yeah the active modding community is keeping it alive, beyond that, no jazz
