I'm an Artificial Intelligence student at a university in the Netherlands. My main interests are programming and language comprehension/production/analysis by machines.
The second that I saw the StoneHearth Kickstarter page and learned that the aim for modding support was gigantic to what I'm used to, I was hooked.
I've been fond of modding since the day that I discovered that you could edit Pokémon Ruby's .GBA files and basically create your own game out of it. That interest got the better of me, and thus I "wasted" my high school years learning how to program Java and eventually C++, with which I modded games like MapleStory (Private servers; but it taught me a lot nonetheless), Minecraft and GunZ: The Duel.
So far, I haven't done any StoneHearth modding yet, as life is busy and I'm running around between different people's homes 24/7 while trying to maintain kind-of good grades, but I'm looking forward to getting into it when I've got the time. The game has great potential in my eyes.
Thanks for the read, mate. 'ppreciate it.
