# Workers won't equip clothing

When playing the current build I have noticed workers and specialist will not equip better clothing, even when idle or rallied near the clothing.

Is that clothing self-crafted or did you buy it from a traveling merchant?

Bought from merchant, I will test versus crafted clothes as well. I will also test versus two base materials (silk-weed vs wool); I will try to see if buying the materials makes a difference.

Yeah, currently there’s a bug that some items bought from merchants don’t work as expected. I experienced it too.

Those evil merchants!!! They stole from us. Selling unusable items. I think they are secretly working for the goblins.
