# \[Res\] Cant load game - json error - json not in folder

Everytime I try to load stonehearth through steam I get the following error:

I saw in the discussions a fix is to go to the json and delete it yet its not even in the folders.

Follow that folder path that you can see in the picture.

So, go in to your Steam library, right click on Stonehearth, click properties, click the local files tab, click ‘browse local files’.

At the bottom of this folder there will be the user\_settings file, delete that, you should then be good to go.
