# Position of a weapon

Hey guys,  
can any1 help me quick, how to fix the sword position that he has the sword in his hand?

If you import a weapon into Q3 from SH it doesnt change it’s position. IF you open a qb it’ll appear in its correct orientation. Just move your sword to where the default one is in the file

I tryied but its not working in magicavoxel. it always behind him \>\_\<  
And with QB3 is still the problem with the export.

magica can be a pain with weapon positioning, i would suggest using [voxelshop](https://blackflux.com/node/11) for that instead. 🙂

**edit:** here’s a helpful guide on how/where the sword needs to be positioned in voxelshop,
