# No Key on Humble Bundle Page

Hi, late to the party I know but I’ve finally got around to claiming my key after backing $15 back in May 2013.  
I’ve tried using the ’ Humble Order Resender’ but they key isn’t in the list. Is it a case of manually resetting it?

Hmmm… Late to the party indeed. They organized a mega-operation to finalize all the key claimings and stuff some good months ago, I’m not entirely sure if it’s still going on/what must be done.

Either way, Steph would probably know!  
I’m terribly sorry to ping you about this, @sdee but I think it was you handling this, right? I suppose you’re the one that knows what they must do, if anything :jubilant:
