Multiplayer - Level for my farmer is different in char sheet and on citizen lists

Summary:
I am leveling my farmer but there is an issue, i cant level him more because it shows different level of his proffesion

Alpha 24.9.2 - no mods; Multiplayer

Win 10

Your screenshot shows the same level for the character sheet and the unit frame (here, I pointed them in blue):

What you see at the bottom right of the exp bar is the next level.

But on yellow mark u can see it shouldnt show thats lvl5

This bar shows how much XP you need to get that level.
