Summary: When loading a save game on my 1080p 23" monitor the loading screen background appears tiled instead of stretched.
Steps to reproduce:
Unknown, do not have second 23" monitor to attempt repro.
Expected Results:
Background image stretches to fill screen, or is centered with background color.
Actual Results:
Background image is tiled.
Notes:
@yshan mentioned on stream that it may be due to the monitor not being 1080p. The monitor is running at 1920x1080. Also, this only occurs when game is loading on 23" external monitor. It works fine on 15" laptop display (also 1920x1080).
