# Is there a way to force archers to use Spiky instead of Fire arrows?

Each squad has two archers. I want one to use Fire and one to use Spiky arrows. Is there a way to force one of my archers who currently has Fire arrows equipped to switch to Spiky?

I believe there is a button on the unit frame that you can cycle arrows.

Seems to only cycle between Fire or regular… or Spiky and regular… can they equip both Fire and Spiky ?

If I am understanding correctly, no – you shouldn’t be able to have one person equipped with both fire and spiky at the same time. Not with the current gameplay anyway.

@RallyPoint you can manually switch them back and forth but typically I just suck it up and make two and keep one on the trap and one on fire.

Wouldn’t it be the most awesome thing ever if an archer could automatically alternate between the two arrow types?

Ah yes they can have both Fire and Spiky! I must not have had enough quivers in both types for all my archers.
