Impossible to destroy a building after `ib`

Summary:

I can’t destroy a building.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a Herbalist house template
  2. Have your citizen nearly finish it except a random red block that’s 100% sure to happen because it happens every time anyway
  3. Use ib
  4. Destroy the building because the red block is still there and you prefer to start again from scratch.

Expected Results:

The building and all its content is destroyed.

Actual Results:

No matter what I do, there’s floating walls in the air.
