someone on the ACE discord asked me to show how to make basements succesfully in stonehearth. this may not be space wizardry and quite simple, but i thought sure ill get some pics!
The key to making succesfull basements is simple really: MAKE SURE THERE IS A WALKWAY DOWN TO THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE BASEMENT, without ladders!
the stairs can then later be filled in creative ways, if needed. for instance by just filling them in like they were never there, under the patch leading up to the house
leading to more spacious houses, for less above ground space required!
