# Glitch, won't place bed

I accidentally placed a mean bed backward so my hearthlings couldn’t place it, now its still there and I already demolished the building once and I don’t want to do it again, you could add a “cancel” button for placing objects so this won’t happen.

Can you highlight the ghost of the bed? then CTRL + C open the command console. type destroy and press enter…

It is surely a bug, but i hope this helps, so you can get on with the game 🙂

its a part of a building so when i did “destroy” it destroyed the building

aha… well did it destroy the bed aswell? Place the template (if you saved it as one?) again and fix the bed before hitting build 🙂
