# Frozen game bug

Summary:  
Hi first of all I apologize for my English, because I’m Chilean and not much English.  
It turns out that since I bought the game, I can play about 3 minutes and then freezes, I tried by changing the settings, but not the bug is fixed.  
I leave a video with the bug.

Play for 3 or 4 minutes.

repair the problem

It looks like you’ve tried to link the video in your dropbox directly (I can’t view it because the link takes me to my dropbox, not yours). The file needs to be put in the public folder (if it isn’t already). Once it’s there, you can get a link for sharing by right-clicking on it and selecting “Copy Public Link”.

Unable to watch the video right now, could you describe what you do at first? Do you have any other programs running? Did you select a large area to mine or deforest?

I seem to have a similar problem. Game launches without ploblems, safe game is loaded without problems. 2-4 min in the game crashes regardless of whats going on ingame or my actions. Circled through all possible settings with no difference in performence.

I have tried many trees zone and areas without trees.  
At first I start normally play, I choose where to put my city, then I assign resource area, build, etc.  
The problem is if I do something or not, because if in the course of two minutes saved the game, then the game freezes, then I can go back to the saved game, and I have 2 minutes to play, if I do this, the game freezes and closes.
