Filters to use during world creation?

I was having a hard time in seeing what everything actually was biome/elevation wise and I think it would be cool to have a filter on map creation to help tell what the elevation is, what the biome is (mountain, foothill, plain, water, etc), what the level of vegetation is, etc… I just think it would help make the starting location easier to narrow down in the map view. Sorry if this has been suggested before :cat:

I’m sorry if I misunderstand you, but everything actually is pictured when you’re selecting your starting location. Off to the right, it displays the amount of trees, minerals, and animals you can expect to find in the area you have selected. It also tells the biome you’re hovering over - Plains, Foothills, Mountains, etc. There is no elevation counter, however.
