Title:
escape staircase put at wrong side when building next to cliff
Summary:
it seems that the hearthling will build an escape staircase but at the wrong side ( tested next to clifs , so its useless)
Steps to reproduce:
- indicate mine area next to a clif side
- wait for mining
Expected Results:
if they build a escape staircase they would build it at a side they can use it ? 
in the staircase determining routine , stored which side was at the (same original ground level ) and put staircase there.
Actual Results:
staircase is uselless in this case
Notes:
offcourse stuck hearthling can be rescued by man made ladder
side node , stuck workers start to empty refilll backbacks OCD .( but thats not important in this report)
