Erdene decided to stay

Summary:
Erdene, the spaeaker for the Red Kiln, decided to stay in my town after the victory celebration.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Defeat the Titan and have a celebration. Have Erdene attend to it.
2. Save after the celebration is over but before she leaves the map
3. Load the save. She stays. She is no longer orange rimmed. She is now white rimmed.But is not included in the town population.

Expected Results:
Erdene continues her path and leaves the map.
Actual Results:
She stays. She is no longer orange rimmed. She is now white rimmed. But is not included in the town population.

Notes:
If there is any more guests that have decided to stay I haven’t seen them…

She might have an expire timer to depart, but the fact that the outline is white is concerning.
