Duplicate Item Creation

Summary:
When clicking on the tab for an ongoing job (in this example thread creation) the user can change the priority but then the job duplicates with no way to delete the duplicate

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create job “Maintain 3 Thread in Inventory”
  2. Create another job (I have maintain 3 cloth in inventory as well)
  3. Click the maintain thread tab to change the priority of the job.

Expected Results:
Maintain thread moved up in priority
Actual Results:
Maintain thread moved up in priority and job is duplicated. There are now two maintain thread jobs. Cannot delete any duplicate jobs.

This is a UI bug when dragging orders. You can get rid of the duplicates by refreshing the UI (press F5).
