Double Height Fences

I don’t remember anyone mentioning this before, but with the advent of crates, making double height fences is a fairly simple reality.


Naturally, you can remove the crate when you’re done stacking up the walls.

The double height stone would look perfect as a perimeter wall with lower (single) walls on the interior as dividing walls :smiley:

That double-height fence looks great for a prison. :bulb::exclamation:

I imagine you could have a double-height fencepost with the top turned another way, and it would make for a compact “signpost” (if you use your imagination). :bulb: !

Double height fencing would make a good mine support structure too. They used to run planking between the support pillars in old mines! :smiley:

why dont we just mod in taller fences?

because… this works really well? i dunno, it seems kinda like a “waste” to mod in taller fences, when you can already get taller fences in vanilla game by doing this.
