# Crashes when about to select roster hearthlings

i start up game (works) select the new game tab (works) select my kingdom (works) select my biome (works) select difficulty (works) select roster tab (crashes)

Windows 7 home premium, no video card, generic PnP monitor (Dell)

Which CPU (Processor) do you have? You can find out by right-clicking on My PC and selecting “Properties”.

That error indicates that your graphics hardware (either a card or an integrated chip) does not support one of the features we are using. You could try working around that by making sure the High Quality graphics settings are turned off, but if that doesn’t help, I’m afraid the game won’t be able to run.

Intel® Core™ i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10GHz

@Leontheboss5555, since you don’t have a graphic card, your PC is using the integrated one that comes with your Intel processor, which turns out to be Intel® HD Graphics 2000.  
I’m sorry to tell you that your computer can’t run the game, our [minimum specs](http://www.stonehearth.net/some-technical-stuff/) for graphic cards is Intel HD 3000. 😟
