Citizens stuck when stockpile settings changed while they are storing items

Summary: My citizens were trying to store baskets of berries in a stockpile. I had already made one stockpile for resources only, and then was making a new one for all but resources and food & drink; when I disabled food & drink, the citizens that had been about to place the basket in them froze (no idle animation either). When I made a new stockpile, they started to move over there, but then I clicked “none” because I only wanted food & drink, and they froze again until I selected food & drink. I don’t know if they would have stayed frozen if I hadn’t immediately given them a new option each time—it’s possible they would have snapped out of it. Even so, they probably shouldn’t get frozen at all.

Steps to reproduce: Have some items harvested and create a stockpile that stores those items, then when the citizens are moving the items there, disable the settings for that item type in the stockpile in question.

Still in R210; I think it’s to do with updated planning by the AI, or updated pathing, or some such, as the first time I noticed it (two citizens at 45:50—one moves again at 46:46; the other at 50:00) they were carrying items, and the second time (1:00:11) was after the guy just finished building a ladder.

Welcome back, ‘Bug Hunting Machine’!
Thanks for checking the old reports too!
