Hmmm i have thinked over blender because of the animations (for example Toms Stonemill).
If im correct Tom use a little box to define where the placed objects should be there or? when yes why he not just also say that this box should spinn or make a spinn animation for this box also?
This box is meant to be the parent of all the model. For example in a human .obj if you move the box all the parts will move with it.
The box is not visible in the game, it’s just a helper for animating, so no use spinning it. You can move directly the part that you want to spin. Otherwise the whole model would spin.
I’m not sure about the stonemill, it’s been a while since I’ve seen it so I don’t remember how were the pieces.
