Add a feature on workers to teleport them from their current location to your main campfire/safety standard in case they get stuck. Once the game is further along and workers don’t get stuck as often remove the teleport option so people don’t abuse it to build faster or save workers from attackers, etc.
It is allllllready in the game
select the thing you want to teleport
open console with STRG + c
type in teleport
and select where to teleport
