[A19dev3181] Two Quest for Township Missions

Playing as Rayya’s Children I already had a quest for township when the game updated to 3181. I was given a second quest after a few hours of play time.

Me to. I just completed one of them and the other went away.

I completed the township quest last night, the second one disappeared. It doesn’t appear to have any adverse effects, and probably only affects saves created in A19 prior to 3181.
