Resource Tags for stockpile

I’ve been searching and looking everywhere but can’t find a list of variables(material “tags”) that the stockpile uses for sorting.

The reason I’m looking into it is to use the baked goods stockpile option to separate out crops and crafted food.

“tags” : "food "
},

if anyone knows where I can find this information that would be awesome
