[Res] Resseting UI (F5) before placing banner makes it impossible to start

Summary: if you press F5, to reset the UI, before placing your flag at the beginning of the game, it removes the flag and replaces it with the normal UI, making it impossible to start

Steps to reproduce:
1) start a new game

2) before clicking the banner, press F5

3) wait for the UI to reset

4) sit in horror as you realize you can no longer place the banner and start the game.

Expected Results: i would still be able to place the banner.

Actual Results: i no longer had the option to place the banner.

Notes: this works for any game mode, quick start or normal start.

Attachments: as you can see, the starting banner is no longer present,

Hi!
Good timing! I was just working on this yesterday!
Fixed in Alpha 11~
F5 now works on camp placement. Also, you can save before placing down your banner and resume placing your banner on load.

sounds good, thanks for the feedback @yshan :smile:

as a side note, not that it really matters if this is already fixed, but loading the save i had made of that world made the game auto-crash.

Title: An actual bug.

Summary: It has to be real. The template says so.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Click 8BitCrab’s link.
2) Fill out included form.
3) Magic!

Expected Results: TR fixes all my problems… with the game.

Actual Results: Barely avoid being hit with a special hammer.

Notes: 8BitCrab has a real bug. I’m validating that with this template.

Attachments: None

Versions and Mods: Google Chrome; none.

System Information: Windows 8.1

They are actually already aware of this one and it should be fixed in Alpha 11.

whens alpha 11 coming??
edit and is there way to regenerate a map you just made say if you dont like it (not enough berrys to start with or not a good starting surface available (otherwiseknown as a bad generate ) other than you know relaunching the game

Alpha 11 should be out this coming week.

No way short of relaunching the game yet.
