They do register, BUT, they have to be in a stockpile first, the problem is that the only stockpile they will go into is an ALL stockpile. Any modification tot he stockpile and the Hone and Bees won’t get picked up. So create a new stockpile and check the all, or don’t modify it and you should be set.
