Goblins' attack!

My little camp tonight was invaded by some horrible goblins. What is worse is the way they sneak in and suddenly mount their own camp, just in the middle of my crops and my poyo’s pasture!

But THAT wasn’t enough! A few seconds later, they called their friends and… :open_mouth:

:astonished:

Hello.
So, I just bought this game this morning… I’ve been playing it almost 6 hours straight so far…

I have my base set up pretty good and then all of a sudden the Cheiftan Goblin comes along wanting wood. I pressed “No” but not too long after that I was getting raid after raid. I got these 3 right beside each other and then another big one on the other side of my town… then I have at least 5 instances of the small raid parties. And I mean no sooner than I was done with one and my Hearthlings were gathering loot, another would appear to fight…

Love the game and I know it’s still early but wanted to bring this to light. aaaaand another attack is happening yay…

Hey @Hush564, welcome to the discourse!

I personally play on peaceful most of the time, so I am not sure if that is normal. @sdee does a lot of the scenario coding, so she should have a much better answer than I do.

Alright, I just know that that many battles one right after another seemed a bit off… I get maybe 3 being a happenstance but after that it’s less and less likely lol

I definitely understand. If you can while you wait for a reply, can you post your save folder to the discourse? Depending on the file size, you can either upload it directly via the upload option, or save it to a cloud service like Dropbox or Google Drive and post a link. Assuming you have installed this via Steam, your save file will be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stonehearth\saved_games.

Sure
All 3 files? It has a metadata file and 2 .bin files

Yep! Different data is stored in each file that is used when the game is loaded.

Here ya go ^^

hey there @Hush564, welcome to the discourse

whats your net worth at? if its super high then you might have a higher chance of getting more… though to me this seems more like a bug then feature.

and thanks for providing the save file, that will help a lot with figuring out the cause. paging @yshan and @Albert to take a look at this, and confirm whether this is bug or feature.

(also, thanks for the help @jomaxro)

Hey @Simica_Na, I seem to recall seeing a similar post about large quantities of goblins the other day. Let me take a look and see if I can find it…

is this part of the game? or possibly a glitch?

i go really long moments without any goblins, and then suddenly i get what the image shows. a mass hoard coming to attack.

5 posts were merged into an existing topic: Multiple Raiding Parties in succession. Is this normal?

Hmmm…I wonder why you had that one copied . No problem!
