@Schweine, @Compozitor, could both of you post your system specs (OS, RAM, processor, graphic card, etc)?
Have you tried deleting manually the Stonehearth folder (located inside C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/) and reinstalling the game?
I’d like to check if any of you has another application that is interferring with the game.
In this thread:
Brad and Albert listed some programs than can cause Stonehearth to crash, and some other tips that we usually follow to resolve crashes on start. If you have any of those programs listed, try disabling them and see if Stonehearth can start correctly. Sometimes even firewalls or antivirus can block the game.
Also, if you want you can try the unstable build of Alpha 11:
-Go to your Steam Library and right click on Stonehearth
-Select “Properties” from the dropdown menu.
-Hop on over to the “Betas” tab
-In the “Select the beta you would like to opt into:” dropdown, choose:
latest – The latest branch (if you want to go back to the stable version of Alpha 10.5 you can choose NONE there).
