Errors placing templates / Can't place the roof

This is what happened. I design a house, nice and I save it. I play a new game, and when I click the house to place it, its error. And now when I design any house I cant place the roof. I have a picture but I am new user so I cant upload it

If you were to use Dropbox it seems to embed it automatically…

Started a new world, made 1 building and saved as a template fine.
Then was unable to place any templates, Predesigned games ones or my own.
