The title pretty much says it there is no sound for approve job stamp.
repro steps:
1.go to new tech tree in one of your citizen promotion page
2.click a job they can be promoted to and hit the stamp
Expected results: A nice slam when you click the stamp
Actual results: a sad nothingness of no sound

This is a known issue. The devs mentioned in the last Dev Blog post that some sounds are missing.
